Rev. Allen Chen
Rev. Allen Chen, pastor. Allen was born and raised as an atheist in China and became a Christian when he was 26 years old. After working as a full-time photographer for many years, Allen was called to pastoral ministry in the US. Graduated with a degree of Master of Art in aesthetic studies in China, Allen later obtained a diploma of biblical studies at China Graduate School of Theology, and Master of Divinity at Reformed Theological Seminary.
He is single and faithfully waiting for God's blessing on his marriage. Allen enjoys playing sports such as badminton, running, reading, cooking, landscaping, hanging out with friends, and his biggest hobby is craftsmanship and creative works.

Shannon Tse
Administrative Assistant
Shannon was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan. She came to the US after graduated from high school. She has a BS degree from UMASS at Lowell. She became a Christian when she was 27 years old. Shannon was married to her husband Eric Tse for over 20 years, and they have two sons, Justin and Daniel. In her free time, she enjoys listening to classical music and baking all kinds of desserts. She also enjoys treasure hunting at antique or thrift stores.
Her favorite Bible verses are 1 Corinthians 13:4-7.
Kayla Almon
Children's Ministry Coordinator
Kayla grew up in Augusta, GA. She has a degree in Media Communications from Augusta Technical College. In addition to helping with children’s ministry at CCCC, she's busy at home taking care of her toddler. Kayla and her husband Peter were part of the church planting team that started Cross Covenant. When she can find spare time, Kayla enjoys creative design projects, running, trying new recipes, and let’s be honest, napping.
